The motorcycle crash on westbound Hwy. 610 at the Mississippi River bridge has cleared. Traffic is slowly getting back to normal.
Look for a jam up on westbound 94 from Hwy. 280 to 11th Avenue in Minneapolis. It's 20 minutes from downtown St. Paul to the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
