In Lakeville, a crash in the center lane of northbound 35W is tangling traffic. Things don't really improve until drivers get across the Minnesota River Bridge. Ahead, it's 15 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
Look for an injury accident in downtown Minneapolis at 7th Street and Park Avenue.
Elsewhere you'll find pockets of congestion on westbound 94 from Hwy. 61 to 35E and in the Midway area from Dale Street to Snelling Avenue.
