A puzzle challenge for "Origin" fans

Dan Brown embeds codes into the plots of his novels, his website, even the dust jackets of his books.

So for fans who like a puzzle, we thought we'd offer this coded message that explains the creepy twist revealed at the end of "Origin." Don't solve it if you get upset by spoilers:

1-4, 1-2, 3-3, 4-2, 4-4, 4-5, 36-6, 6-2, 7-3, 22-5, 8-3, 32-1, 9-1, 15-12.
