Walker After Hours: CMYK vs. RGB
For its preview party of "Graphic Design: Now in Production," the Walker Art Center will look like a gigantic swatch book. In honor of the graphic, color-oriented show, the Walker is asking guests to dress in their favorite Pantone color. If that's not reason enough, partygoers will also get to create their own personal fonts in the Art Lab, get their photos taken in the Party People photo booth, and be quizzed on the exhibition for the chance to enter a drawing for two Delta Air Lines tickets or a staycation at the W Minneapolis. Graphic designer/DJ duo Hi-Fi/Lo-Fi will entertain the crowd, and D'Amico will provide free apps along with a cash bar.
