Dozens of underage drinkers were cited at a boisterous party early Friday in St. Cloud, with their 20-year-old hosts also busted for hosting the young guests, police said.
The bash and its loud festivities drew police to the home in the 400 block of 8th Avenue S. shortly after midnight, according to police.
Police cited 58 people for underage consumption at the home, located about 3 blocks northwest of St. Cloud State University.
