Happy hour runs long — and twice — daily at easygoing Rye Deli (1930 Hennepin Av. S., Mpls., 612-871-1200, www.ryedeli.com). From 2 to 7 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. to midnight, bargain hunters can graze on $2 fries and potato-onion knishes, $3 beer-battered cheese curds and $5 poutine and fried brisket-filled kreplach. Several tap beers go for $3, and a handful of classic cocktails — martinis, Manhattans, Rob Roys — are $5. Free parking.
