Grain lower on the CBOT, cattle and pork higher on the CME

CHICAGO — Grain futures were higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Mar delivery was unchanged at $6.5525 a bushel; Mar corn was 2.75 cents lower at $4.0825 a bushel; Mar oats were unchanged at $3.1625 a bushel; while Mar soybeans were unchanged at $10.4325 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Feb live cattle was 1.78 cent higher at $1.6030 a pound; Jan feeder cattle was 2.43 cents higher at 2.1950 a pound; Feb lean hogs were up .23 cent to $.8210 a pound.
