Salary: $1,003,600

Non-equity incentive pay: $525,155

Other compensation: $203,771

Exercised stock options: $770,325

Value realized on vesting shares: $2,476,454

New stock options: 333,250

Total return to shareholders: 30.5 percent

Note: Hogan's total compensation was down from $10. 5 million last year, mainly due to fewer gains from the exercise of stock options and a lower bonus. The company's compensation committee also changed the 2009 compensation mix for named executives. Salaries will be frozen at 2008 levels, and long-term incentive pay was redone to reduce the equity-based portion of long-term incentive compensation.
