Edna Stevens, founder and artistic director of Universal Dance Destiny, will teach a master hip-hop class for kids and adults on Monday at Inspirational Dance Company, 5701 Hadley Av. N., Oakdale.
Instruction for ages 5-8 will be held from 6 to 7 p.m., ages 9 and older from 7 to 8 p.m., and adults from 8 to 9 p.m. The cost is $10 in advance, $12 at the door. Call 651-214-8713.

Movie in the park: "Mall Cop" A single, mild-mannered suburban dad tries to make ends meet as a security officer at a New Jersey mall and is pressed into service when a gang of crooks takes over.
That's the plot of the action-comedy "Paul Blart: Mall Cop," which will be screened Thursday at Autumn Hills Park, 5701 Norwich Pkwy. The free outdoor movie begins at dark, with face-painting beginning at 7 p.m. Popcorn and beverages will be sold.

Heritage Days = bushy facial hair Long and narrow or big and bushy, show off your moustache at the city's 26th annual Heritage Days.
Judges will determine who has the best facial hair during the Moustache Contest, one of the colorful activities on tap for Sunday .
With the theme "Coming Home Again in 2010," festivities include a pancake breakfast, egg toss, garden tractor pull, crafts for kids, mud volleyball tourney and carnival rides. A kiddie parade will be at noon Sunday beginning at 2nd Street and Broadway Avenue.
