Authorities identify man killed in Minneapolis double shooting

The Hennepin County medical examiner has identified a Brooklyn Park man killed in a double shooting late Thursday.

Kendel Devon Johnson, 28, died after he and a woman were shot at a home on the 2000 block of Fremont Avenue N. in Minneapolis.

Police found Johnson and a woman lying in separate yards, both with gunshot wounds. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman was taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale for a gunshot wound to her ankle.

There have been no arrests in the shooting.
