HIBBING, Minn. — Authorities have released the name of a Hibbing man who died after falling from the roof of a deer stand in northeastern Minnesota.
The St. Louis County sheriff's office identifies the victim as 55-year-old Bruce Stone.
Authorities say Stone had been working on the roof of the permanent hunting structure when he fell Thursday.
First responders and Life Link air medical staff tried to save him, but he died at the scene.
