Collegis Education named Vin Riera chief executive and a member of the board. Riera was president and chief executive of Edmentum and held leadership positions at Gateway and Equant.
Versifit Technologies named Lisa Barnett chief executive. Barnett is chief executive for Atomic Learning in Little Falls, Minn., which recently acquired Versifit.

Scannell Properties named Tom Driscoll director of project management for the Medina office. Driscoll was partner and vice president of business development at Big-D Construction and worked for Kone. He serves on the University of Wisconsin-Stout's construction board advisory group.
HGA Architects and Engineers, Minneapolis, named Roxanne Cortinas mechanical project engineer and commissioning coordinator in the Minneapolis office. Cortinas was an onsite project manager for Harris Cos.
