The Bridge for Youth, Minneapolis, named Michelle Basham executive director. Basham is chief executive of the YWCA of Delaware and founded Avenues for Homeless Youth. She worked for the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services, FamilyWise and CommonBond Communities.

HGA, Minneapolis, named Jennifer Klund and David Loehr vice presidents. Klund has more than 20 years of experience as an architect and is on the Board of Regents for the American College of Healthcare Architects. Loehr joined HGA in 2012 and has held leadership positions at several Twin Cities architecture firms. HGA also named Peter Brown, Robert Good, Matt Hart and Mark Reckin associate vice presidents.
