Welsh and Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul named Mark Parten chief operating officer and executive vice president. Parten joined the company in 2005 and most recently was executive vice president of real estate management and facilities services.

Ikonics, Duluth, named Ken Hegman chief operating officer. Hegman joined the company in 1999 and most recently was vice president of sales, North America.

RTI, Shakopee, named Mike Everett vice president of global sales. Everett joined the company in 2006 as regional sales manager and most recently was vice president of sales and marketing, Americas. RTI also named Brett Stokke director of marketing and Robert Lawton director of product management.

Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies, Eden Prairie, named Matthew Minnis director, trading and investment operations. Minnis joined the foundation in 2013 as portfolio manager, risk management and asset allocation and worked for Goldman Sachs.

On the move

Northern Technologies named Barry Morgan president. Morgan worked for M.A. Mortenson and serves on the board for Children's Cancer Research Fund.

Westwood Professional Services, Eden Prairie, named Bruce Carlson senior project manager, commercial. Carlson was vice president of business development for Doran Construction and a former president of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association.

Gage, Plymouth, named John Fox vice president, global customer success. Fox first joined the agency in 1999 and most recently was director of North American marketing communication for California-based Kerr Corp.

Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, named Puja Shah creative director. Shah was an associate creative director for Carmichael Lynch and worked for Fallon and Olson.

BerganKDV, Bloomington, named Mark Pieper tax director. Pieper was a partner at Peterson Whitaker & Bjork.

Meshbesher & Spence, Minneapolis, named Eric Palmer partner. Palmer co-founded Palmer Law Firm with his father, Ralph Palmer. Meshbesher & Spence also named Ralph Palmer of counsel.

Pathway Senior Living named Shannon Sloan regional director of operations. Sloan was vice president of operations for Regency Beauty Institute.

Leo A Daly named Eric Rodriguez senior mechanical engineer for Minneapolis. Rodriguez was a member of the engineering and facilities team for Target Corp.
