Highly touted British pop star Adele is nominated for four Grammy awards, including record of the year and best new artist. The 20-year-old newcomer, who'll play a sold-out concert Tuesday at St. Paul's Fitzgerald Theater, touted another rookie, hip-hop rocker Santogold, and her self-titled CD.

"She's my favorite new artist of the year. I think she's incredible. Fresh and exciting. I love her attitude -- in a good way. The production [on 'Santogold'] is amazing. 'L.E.S. Artistes' is one of the best singles of the year. I love her."
