Contested elections: Birch-wood Village, Cottage Grove, Forest Lake, Grant, Lake Elmo, Lakeland, Landfall, Newport, Oak Park Heights, Stillwater.
Uncontested elections: Afton, Bayport, Dellwood, Hugo, Lake St. Croix Beach, Lakeland Shores, Pine Springs, St. Mary's Point, Scandia, Willernie.
