Winnebago adds another Minn. exec

Winnebago Industries, Forest City, Iowa, has hired Stacy Bogart as its vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Bogart was most recently a senior vice president, general counsel, compliance officer and corporate secretary at Polaris Industries Inc.

Bogart will also become president of the Winnebago Industries Foundation. She will be based in Winnebago's Eden Prairie office and report to CEO Michael Happe.

Ecolab sells kitchen equipment business

Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, closed the previously announced sale of its Equipment Care business to Audax Private Equity, Boston.

Equipment Care provides commercial kitchen repair, maintenance services and parts to the U.S. commercial food service industry. It had sales of $180 million in 2016. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
