NEW BUSINESS Prime Therapeutics, St. Paul, has been chosen by Horizon Healthcare Services Inc., a New Jersey-based health insurance company, to provide pharmacy benefit management services to its non-Medicare customers beginning April 1, 2013. CVS Caremark is the current provider for Horizon Healthcare. Prime Therapeutics is owned by 13 Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and serves 20 million customers across the country.
