MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS Archway Marketing Services, Rogers, which provides marketing operations and management services, will be acquired by Union Street Acquisition Corp. of Alexandria, Va. The deal is for $97.3 million in cash and $13 million in stock, and includes Union Street's purchase of Razor Business Strategy Consultants, a direct marketing firm in Dallas.

Graco Inc., Minneapolis, completed its acquisition of Cohesant Technologies Incorporated's GlasCraft Inc. subsidiary for $35 million.

NEW PRODUCTS Boston Scientific Corp., Natick, Mass., said 40 implants have been performed in 14 hospitals in six European countries of its Cognis cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator and Teligen implantable cardioverter defibrillator.

NEW PRODUCT Beverage Creations Inc., St. Paul, a hydration technologies corporation, announced that it has received the necessary funding to begin the manufacturing of its patented bio2Tonic product.

Hormel Foods Corp., Austin, Minn., has opened an idea and innovation center adjoining the Hormel processing facility in Shanghai's Baoshan District.
