MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS NAMSA, a Northwood, Ohio-based medical device research organization, has acquired the Integra Group, a preclinical and clinical research organization in Brooklyn Park. Both Chris Pulling, chief executive officer, and Dr. Roy Martin, chief medical officer, of the Integra Group will be part of the new NAMSA -- Integra Division in Minneapolis in key executive roles.

NEW BUSINESS Target Corp., Minneapolis, announced a further expansion of its strategy to bring more fresh meat and produce to its general merchandise stores. The company announced it will remodel 30 general merchandise markets from Cincinnati, Ohio, to Nashville, Tenn., to include more fresh produce, fresh packaged meat and pre-packed baked goods.
