NEW PRODUCTS Medtronic Inc., Fridley, announced the European market launch of its Talent abdominal stent graft on the new Xcelerant hydro-delivery system, which features a hydrophilic coating.

NEW BUSINESS Miracle Truss, Minneapolis, has been awarded a contract for two steel buildings from the U.S. General Services Administration. The pre-engineered steel buildings are for the Naval Special Warfare Group One, based in Campo, Calif., near San Diego.

PERSONNEL Ron Schara Enterprises Inc., St. Louis Park, named Mitch Petrie president. Petrie will assume daily operations of the television company. Founder Ron Schara continues as CEO and executive producer of programming.
