DIVIDEND Tennant Co., Minneapolis, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents per share, payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record Aug. 29.

NEW BUSINESS Juhl Wind Inc., Woodstock, Minn., announced three new wind-farm projects recently begun with owner groups in Minnesota. Feasibility study agreements were recently signed with a group of owners in Thief River Falls for a potential 20-megawatt project and with the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center in St. Peter for a project of up to 5 megawatts. A feasibility and development agreement was signed with a group of farmer owners for a project of 5 to 10 megawatts in Granite Falls.

NEW PRODUCT IQ Services, Minneapolis, provider of voice testing services for contact center and communication solutions and a member of the HP Quality Management Ecosystem, has introduced three new voice offerings: Voice StressTest Monitor, Voice HeartBeat Monitor and FaxStress Monitor. They allow customers to integrate voice and fax data and display capabilities into HP Performance Center or HP LoadRunner.

Shock Doctor Inc., Minneapolis, working with Bell Racing Co., has introduced a Bell Auto Racing helmet with Shock Doctor Eject Helmet Removal System installed at the factory. The Eject Helmet Removal System is a safety system allowing for quick emergency removal of a helmet. An air bladder at the top of the helmet can be inflated to ease the helmet off after a motor-sport crash.

PERSONNEL AON Corp., Chicago, named Karen Reutter senior vice president. She will join the Aon Construction Services Group and be based in Minneapolis.

Tennant Co., Minneapolis, elected Carol Eicher to its board of directors. Eicher is vice president and business director for Primary Materials, a $2 billion business for Philadelphia-based Rohm and Haas Co.
