DEBT AND EQUITIES Fastenal Co., Winona, Minn., declared a cash dividend of 35 cents per share to be paid Feb. 27 to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 1.

UnitedHealth Group, Minnetonka, said it has won summary judgment on all claims in the antitrust litigation with institutional pharmacy Omnicare Inc. The judgment was granted in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.

PERSONNEL ADC Telecommuications Inc., Eden Prairie, appointed Richard Parran Jr. president, Network Solutions, and Christopher Jurasek president, ADC Professional Services.

Crestline Hotels & Resorts Inc., Fairfax, Va., appointed Barbara Ward director of sales and marketing for the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront Hotel.

NEW PRODUCTS Jet Edge Inc., St. Michael, Minn., introduced a new large-format Mid Rail Gantry Waterjet System for precision cutting, surface preparation and coating removal. It features a 21-foot-by-13-foot work envelope with an exposed tank that accommodates overhead loading.

Primera Technology Inc., Plymouth, a manufacturer of specialty printers, announced its new FX400 Foil Imprinting System. The FX400, an optional accessory to Primera's LX-Series Color Label Printers, works in line to apply shiny gold and silver borders, fonts and other graphics to inkjet-printed labels.

Verizon Wireless, Basking Ridge, N.J., will launch network operations Jan. 25 in northern Minnesota and northeastern South Dakota. Verizon Wireless acquired those market areas and its cell sites in August as part its purchase of Rural Cellular Corp., which was doing business as Unicel.
