Theft. A 41-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of theft on the 1700 block of County Road 42 W.

DWI. A 44-year-old man was arrested for DWI, criminal vehicular operation and failure to stop for a traffic collision near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway W. and County Road 42 W.
