DEC. 17

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of an open bottle after being involved in a property damage accident near the intersection of Galaxie Avenue and Safari Pass.

Disturbing the peace. An adult was arrested for disturbing the peace and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of W. 153rd Street and Cedar Avenue.

DEC. 19

Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 7700 block of W. 157th Street.

EAGAN

Theft from motor vehicle. A vehicle was broken into and an iPhone and a car stereo were stolen at View Pointe Apartments, 3931 Valley View Drive N.

Theft. An employee was arrested for stealing two tablets and three headphones from Kohl's Department Store, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

Burglary. Jewelry and a laptop computer were stolen during a forced entry burglary on the 4700 block of Galaxie Avenue while the resident was shoveling the driveway in back.

Drug activity. A woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Northwood Parkway.

Theft. A cashier was arrested for theft after she rang up a purchase and then didn't charge a family for $1,400 of merchandise. She also gave them more than $800 in discounts on merchandise they did purchase. The incident occurred at Kohl's, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

Burglary. Electronics, checkbooks, coins and wrapped Christmas presents were reported stolen during a forced entry burglary on the 500 block of Tyne Lane.

Theft. A woman was arrested for theft, fleeing a police officer and having no insurance at Wal-Mart, 1360 Town Centre Drive.

Criminal property damage. Headlights and tail lights were smashed, four windows were broken and two tires were punctured on a vehicle parked at Paragon Construction, Cedar Grove Parkway and Nichols Road. A black-handled knife was collected at the scene.

Criminal property damage. A windshield was shattered by a nut-covered cheese ball thrown by a passing vehicle near the intersection of North Ridge Road and Wescott Road.

Theft. A metal siding bender valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from a construction site on the 3800 block of Dolomite Drive.

Order for protection violation. A man was arrested for violating an order for protection and on a Hennepin County warrant on the 4600 block of Beacon Hill Court.

Trespassing. A juvenile was arrested for trespassing on school property at Farmington High School, 20655 Flagstaff Av.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 212th Street and Knutsen Drive.

Criminal property damage. An adult was arrested for criminal property damage on the 1300 block of Centennial Drive.

Traffic violation. A 27-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop near the intersection of E. 145th Street and Clayton Avenue.

DWI. A 25-year-old Eagan woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Biscayne Avenue.
