Database: Actions taken by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

The Star Tribune reviewed cases of more than 1,000 nurses who have faced disciplinary and corrective actions taken by the Minnesota Board of Nursing since 2010. This database contains the names of those nurses, the reasons the board took action against them, and whether their licenses are current as of Aug. 15. Click here for an explanation of terms.
