Do her glasses make Ingrid Michaelson look bookish? The MySpace-spawned singing sensation, who performed a sold-out concert in Minneapolis last month and will return June 6 to the Fine Line, is a fan of author Augusten Burroughs. She devoured an advance copy of his "A Wolf at the Table: A Memoir of My Father," which will be published next week.

"Augusten Burroughs wrote a bunch of novels and memoirs. People know him because they made a movie from his book 'Running With Scissors.' I've been asked to write a song for his audio book so I got to read his new book -- 'A Wolf at the Table.' It's really good. It's a memoir of his life as a child growing up. It's pretty heartbreaking. He usually writes comedy. This is pretty serious, but it's still good."
