Duluth making vroooom for huge Harley gathering

June 27, 2008 at 1:50PM

More than 1,000 Harley riders are descending on Duluth-Superior starting today for the annual Minnesota H.O.G. Rally.

The highlight of a full three days of riding and activities is Saturday's 25-mile parade that will run over two interstate bridges as it crosses the Minnesota-Wisconsin border under police escort.

Then, once off the roads, riders will pack Grandma's Sports Garden on Canal Park in Duluth for the Harley Party. Among the activities there: a Women's Tattoo Contest.
