Five numbers on an Eagan couple's Powerball ticket added up to one big win of $1 million.

Luke and Emily Lange went to dinner Friday night, after their kids went to stay with grandma, according to a Minnesota Lottery news release. The date night took them to a restaurant that only takes cash. All they had was a $100 bill, so they stopped at a SuperAmerica gas station in Burnsville to break it. They bought gas, two Mega Millions tickets and two Powerball tickets.

As the couple watched the morning news on Sunday, the winning Powerball numbers flashed across the TV screen.

That's when Emily looked at the ticket and got excited. "We got all of them except the Powerball. We won a couple hundred bucks!" she recalled in the news release.

Luke thought the prize was higher and went online to check. He started texting family members: he and Emily had a ticket worth $1 million.

The couple waited until Tuesday to claim their prize. "The last couple of days I've been saying, 'Pinch me. Is it real?' " Luke said in the news release. For Emily, she believes the "stars aligned" to make it happen.

The winning Powerball numbers for July 2 were 10-34-39-59-63 and the Powerball was 4.
