Earl, DiSalvatore sent to Houston

Wingers Robbie Earl and Jon DiSalvatore were reassigned to Houston late Monday afternoon.

Jon DiSalvatore, we hardly knew ye. At 1:07 p.m. Monday, a Wild press release announced that the winger had been recalled from Houston. The release saying he had been reassigned to the Aeros came at 3:39. He had been recalled before the Wild knew how many players would be healthy and ready to go tonight.

Earl was among those hit by the flu bug last weekend. He took part in the morning skate Monday, but Todd Richards said he didn't have enough energy to play tonight. He was returned to Houston as Owen Nolan came off injured reserve.
