ELIZABETH HAYDEN

Education: B.A., College of St. Benedict; J.D., Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Career: Stearns County district judge, 1986-present (appointed by DFL Gov. Rudy Perpich, then elected in 1988, 1994, 2000, 2006); Stearns County assistant district attorney, 1981-86.

KURT MARBEN

Career: Pennington County district judge, 2000-present (appointed by Independence Party Gov. Jesse Ventura, then elected in 2002, 2008); attorney, Charlson, Marben & Jorgenson, and predecessors, 1977-2000.
