• An electric flat grill (lefse grill) or electric frying pan or flat griddle

• Lefse stick or long, narrow spatula

• Rolling pin and pastry sleeve

• Pastry board covered in cloth

• Potato ricer or food mill

• Plastic resealable bags for storing finished product
