So much about the Pro Bowl has changed: It was played in Arizona, not Hawaii. It was Michael Irvin's team vs. Cris Carter's team, not AFC vs. NFC. But nobody saw this coming: a defensive player, J.J. Watt, making himself obvious? It happened, and yet defense was rare enough that quarterback Matt Stafford said this: "Everybody is such good people." C5

Nobody asks for defense, and nobody provided any Sunday, in a record-breaking sort of way. The game in Columbus, Ohio, featured 29 goals, the most in the 60-year history of the event. Twenty-five players had at least two points, among them the Wild's lone participant, Ryan Suter, who had a goal and an assist and — hold on here — two blocked shots. C3
