And he's taking on the Colonel! Who's dead, of course, but still. A local interview with the Clinton paper is here; I think these clips might be the actual interview in process.

The secret to his success? As he says in this interview, it's his willingness to be up in his spot, active:

In case you didn't get all the way through, he reveals that the secret to the other chains' wings is their breading; in his case, he seasons the meat first. Then he lets the meat season the flour. I think that's what he's saying. Someone gets up to get some ice from the machine and it makes a loud noise.
