Preview: The Wolves listed starting point guard Ricky Rubio as questionable in Saturday's injury report. He had been called probable the previous two games and did not play in either. He has missed the past three games because of a mild hamstring strain. … Winners of 50 games or more each of the past three seasons, the Grizzlies have started this season 4-6 and their 101-100 home victory over Portland on Friday ended a four-game losing streak. After Sunday's game, they will have played seven of their first 11 games away from home. They are 2-4 on the road so far and 2-2 at home. … The Grizzlies won last year's season series 2-1, winning the final meeting 101-97 at Target Center.
Players to watch: Grizzlies All-Star center Marc Gasol is averaging 28.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4 assists in 40.5 and has shot 51.5 percent from the field in his last two games. … Moved to shooting guard beside veteran Andre Miller, Wolves guard Zach LaVine scored 13 of his season-high 26 points in Friday's fourth quarter. … Rookie center Karl-Anthony Towns missed his fifth consecutive double-double game by a rebound. He had 12 points and nine rebounds.
Injuries: Rubio is questionable and C Nikola Pekovic remains sidelined indefinitely since having surgery on his Achilles tendon in April. Grizzlies F Brandan Wright (knee soreness), G Jordan Adams (knee soreness) and F Jarrell Martin (foot surgery) all are listed as out.
