The fact that Garrison Keillor took a couple weeks off from "A Prairie Home Companion" this past season may have signaled to some that the 72-year-old host was contemplating retirement.

Don't bet on it.

On Tuesday, his team announced a tour that will take him to 30 cities in 36 days, perhaps the most ambitious tour of his stellar career.

"The America the Beautiful 2015 Tour" will feature singer Sarah Jarosz in most cities, as well as Richard Dworsky & The Radio Rhubarb Band. It starts July 26 in Bayfield, Wisc. and winds down Aug. 30 at the Alaska State Fair in Palmer, Alaska.
