Gear alert: Getting the kids starting in fishing

Need rods, reels or tackle boxes to introduce kids to fishing? Saturday from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m., Fishing for Life will give away free gear to individuals or groups serving kids through fishing. Location is the Anoka County Fairgrounds during the group's annual Fish Fair. Admission is free. More info at www.fishingforlife.org.
