ICAST, the world's largest sportfishing show, opened Tuesday in Orlando, where Rapala is unveiling its latest lure, the Rapala RipStop. The hard bait has a front-diving lip and rear "boot tail,'' which Rapala says creates a flashing swim-bait action that stops quickly, shimmying slightly before coming to rest. Then the bait lifts its head slowly. It's designed for all species. The bait can be seen in action online at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ce_HQtaRtU4
