DeLattiboudere was named the Baltimore Sun's All-Metro Defensive Player of the Year last fall after making 101 tackles, including 42 for a loss. He has been an under-the-radar recruit, though, with no star ranking from either Rivals.com or 247Sports.com.
The Gophers now have 24 commitments heading into national signing day on Wednesday.
The team's sack totals rose under the leadership of Winston DeLattiboudere, who also played for Minnesota.
