This compact 1,830-square-foot home features craftsman styling reminiscent of the early 20th century. A covered porch opens to the dining and family room areas, which include raised ceilings and a fireplace. The roomy kitchen has a breakfast nook, pantry and access to the laundry room through a pocket door. The master suite is appointed with a tray ceiling, walk-in closets and sitting area, which opens to the screened porch. The spacious master bath has a separate shower and corner garden tub. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Steps lead up to two bonus rooms that offer 800-square-feet of additional living space. This plan is one in a series of Jim Wells designs.
