Last week, after announcing he wouldn't file charges against the two Minneapolis police officers involved in the Nov. 15 shooting death of Jamar Clark, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman released evidence related to a Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigation into the incident, including interview transcripts, videos and forensic reports.
