Dakota Plains Holdings Inc., Wayzata, has bought out its joint venture partner, World Fuel Services, to acquire full ownership of its oil train loading, oil marketing and sand unloading operations based at its Pioneer Terminal in New Town N.D. Dakota Plains said it paid $43 million and will make contingent future payments per barrel loaded.

Personnel

C.H. Robinson, Eden Prairie, announced that chief financial officer Chad Lindbloom will assume the role of chief information officer. He'll remain CFO while the company conducts a search for his replacement.
