Wings are enjoying a roll of their own

Preview: Minnesota played one of its best games of the season Saturday in a victory over New York. Now the Lynx are looking for their second winning streak of the season against a Dallas team that has won three of its past four, a run that includes an impressive victory over Seattle and a three-point loss to Phoenix. The Lynx beat the Wings 76-68 at Target Center on May 23.

Players to watch: Lynx C Sylvia Fowles is coming off a 25-point, nine-rebound, 10-for-13 performance against New York. The last time she played Dallas and the Wings' star center Liz Cambage, Fowles had 23 points and 20 rebounds, the third 20-20 game of her career and the first in Lynx franchise history. F Maya Moore is coming off a 20-point, six-rebound, four-assist game. Cambage is seventh in the league in scoring (20.1), second in rebounding (10.6) and eighth in shooting percentage (55.7). G Skylar Diggins-Smith leads the league in scoring (21.9), but is shooting 38.6 percent.

Numbers: The Lynx have won their past nine games vs. the Wings. The last Lynx loss in this series came almost exactly three years ago when the franchise was in Tulsa. Minnesota had a 50-33 rebounding edge vs. Dallas May 23.

Injuries: Dallas G Karima Christmas-Kelly (knee) and F Theresa Plaisance (knee) are out.
