The man's body was removed from a St. Bonifacius residence in the 4000 block of Tower Street, according to Minnetrista police, which serves the community about 2 miles west of Lake Minnetonka.

"There is no evidence of foul play at this time, but this case remains under investigation," according to a police statement.

A caller reported an unconscious man in an apartment about 5:45 p.m. Saturday, according to emergency dispatch audio. Police found the 22-year-old man dead at the scene, the audio continued. He previously lived in Chino, Calif., the dispatch audio added.

The man's mother identified him on Facebook as Everett L. Hawk.

Hawk was on the football coaching staff at Waconia High School and attended Crown College in St. Bonifacius, where he played football as recently as 2016, according to his Facebook page and the team's website.
