Man with Alzheimer's found in St. Paul after leaving Crystal on bike

A 67-year-old man with Alzheimer's reported missing after leaving his home in Crystal on a bicycle was found safe in St. Paul, authorities said.

Darryl Phillip Ekstrom left his home in the 6000 block of Medicine Lake Road about 4 p.m. Tuesday on a white bicycle and had not been seen since, police said.

Early Wednesday afternoon, Crystal police were notified that Ekstrom had been located in good condition in St. Paul.
