A motorcyclist died after crashing into a vehicle that was turning into a driveway Saturday afternoon in East Bethel, authorities said.

The collision happened Saturday afternoon on Fawn Lake Drive.
A man driving a motorcycle was headed east on the 4500 block of Fawn Lake Drive NE. about 3:30 p.m. when he came upon an SUV that was turning left into a driveway. He moved into the oncoming lane and collided with the SUV, hitting the driver’s side door, the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office said.
First responders administered live-saving efforts, but the man died at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.
The victim’s name has not been released.
A woman driving the SUV suffered minor injuries, the sheriff’s office said.
The Minnesota State Patrol, the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office and the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating.
