Want to bump into a college coach or NHL scout? There should be plenty of both this week at the Super Rink, next to Blaine's National Sports Center this week.

The eight annual North American Hockey League Showcase starts today. Each of the league's 26 teams will play four games, or one a day through Saturday.

The showcase has drawn more than 200 college and pro scours in past years.

The NAHL is filled with Minnesota players. It has 118 players from 62 communities throughout the state. The Coulee Region Chill has the most, 19, while the Alexandria Blizzard and the Owatonna Express have 14 apiece.

Daily admission is $8 for students and seniors, $15 for adults. For the schedule of games and more info, go to NAHLShowcase.com.
