What is it?

Tuesday's unveiling of the top 14 picks in the June 25 draft. It involves ping-pong balls and a lottery machine. The latest version has been in place since 2004. The Cleveland Cavaliers have been the big winner two of the past three years.

2: Times in the past seven years that the team with the ninth-best chance of getting the top pick has won the lottery — Chicago in 2008 (drafted Derrick Rose No. 1) and Cleveland in 2014 (Andrew Wiggins).
