CHAMPLIN

APRIL 18

Theft. Tools were reported stolen from the 12300 block of Champlin Drive.

CIRCLE PINES

APRIL 22

Missing child. Officers responded to the 100 block of Center Road regarding an 11-year-old missing girl. Officers located the girl at a friend's house and she was reunited with a parent.

FALCON HEIGHTS

APRIL 23

Intoxicated person. Police received a report of a drunk person in the area of Roselawn and Fairview avenues. A 28-year-old woman was located and given a courtesy ride home.

APRIL 27

Traffic arrest. The driver of a vehicle in the area of Larpenteur Avenue and Holton Street was arrested and cited for expired registration and displaying plates of another vehicle.

FRIDLEY

APRIL 21

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to Holiday, 200 57th Av. NE, on a report of a woman who was staring at people and acting weird. Officers located the woman. She wasn't doing anything wrong. She agreed to leave the area.

Weapons. An officer responded to the 6000 block of 2nd Street NE. regarding a person shooting at squirrels. The 58-year-old woman denied the allegations. She was advised to stop or face possible criminal charges.

APRIL 23

Assist family. An officer responded to a home on the 1200 block of Norton Avenue NE. on a report of a dispute between a woman and her adult daughter. The two were upset about each other's conduct around each other's children. The officer suggested, as he had done in the past, that they consider separate living arrangements.

APRIL 25

Check welfare. Officers responded to the 6800 block of Channel Road on a report of a male pacing in the rain. Officers located the suspect and he said he lived nearby and doesn't mind walking in the rain.

HUGO

APRIL 28

Suspicious activity. Several juveniles were given a verbal warning after admitting to knocking on a door in the 14000 block of Poets Green and then swearing at the person who opened the door and running away.

LAKE ELMO

APRIL 29

Boating concern. Authorities received several reports of lights from a boat on Lake Elmo flashing on homes at 10:40 p.m. A deputy made contact with people in the boat who explained they were bow fishing. They were advised to keep the lights away from nearby homes.

LEXINGTON

APRIL 25

Theft. A lawn mower was stolen from the 4000 block of Woodland Road.

LINO LAKES

MAY 9

Animal complaint. A black bear was sighted heading south from the area of Killdeer Drive and Aspen Lane.

MAPLEWOOD

APRIL 24

Theft. A man was observed on a closed-circuit television stealing brass standpipe covers from a stairwell in a building in the 2000 block of Lydia Avenue. He was mailed a citation for theft.

APRIL 26

Theft. The license plates were stolen off a vehicle parked in the 2000 block of Woodlynn avenue while the owner was at work.

NEW BRIGHTON

APRIL 24

Theft. The car stereo was stolen from a vehicle that was broken into in the 1400 block of 10th Street.
