A wreck is partially blocking the right shoulder on southbound 35W at County Road D. That is contributing to rapidly building congestion on 35W from Hwy. 10 to County Road C in Roseville.

It's now a 10-minute drive from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280.

Elsewhere it's getting heavy on southbound 35W from County J to 694, and eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to Weaver Lake Road in Maple Grove.
